who we are
Originally a historical restaurant of Taormina, transformed now days by four young guys : two sisters Jacqueline & Sara Ragusa, Paolo Trimarchi and Alessandro Currenti all childhood friends, into a Wine & Food Restaurant where nothing is left to chance. Some elegant candles settled into white sacs lead Guests to the square where the atmosphere anticipates what the evening will offer.
We aim to create genuine tastes, delicate scents and rich colours.

From the small open-style kitchen with ceramic tiles, which re-invokes to an Arab and Sicilian style, you can look at our chef , Fabio Scordo, create innovative but still traditional dishes, whether it’s Meet or Fish, Vegetables or Creams. Inside a friendly and cozy environment , we propose different Menus every day, reworked on the freshest ingredients and products we find at the market.
